HOMMY Online Store Refund Policy

At HOMMY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is risk-free.

Eligibility for Refunds
1. **Return Timeframe**  
   You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

2. **Condition of Items**  
   To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


Refund Process
1. **Initiating a Return**  
   To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at hommy.you.us@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

2. **Shipping Costs for Returns**  
   HOMMY will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. **Processing Your Refund**  
   Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hommy.you.us@gmail.com

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
